During the course of the project, several graduate and undergraduate students have been trained in an area of emerging interest, namely Internet of Things and Cyber Physical Systems. The following graduate thesis have resulted from this project:
PhD Thesis:
- Zhenhua Jia, Unobtrusive Vital Sign Detection Through Ambient Physical Vibrations Date of Completion: October 2018.
- Xiaoran Fan Energy Focusing Through Distributed Beamforming in Internet of Things: Mechanisms and Applications March 2020.
Additionally, the educational outreach includes instruction of graduate and undergraduate students through courses taught by Zhang and wireless communications courses taught by Mandayam.
