I am a Research Scientist at Nokia Bell Labs working on network systems. I obtained a Ph.D. from WINLAB, in the ECE Department at Rutgers University. Before joining Bell Labs, I was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow working in the MiMove (previously Muse) group at Inria, Paris.
My research focuses broadly on leveraging emergent technologies to engineer complex, deployable software systems designed to improve network service performance. I am also an associate member of LINCS.
